COMPANY HISTORY

MarineONE Corporation, (in Southside, Alabama) was founded in 1989 by Tony Lumpkin who still owns and operates the company.

Rescue ONE Corporation began as a division of MarineONE Corporation. In 2005 Mr. Lumpkin founded Rescue ONE Corporation as a separate company.

Mr. Lumpkin sold Rescue ONE Corporation to its first owner in 2006 (in Madison, Alabama). The first owner sold it to the current owner in 2014 (now in Athens, Alabama). Since 2006 Mr. Lumpkin has had no ownership interest in Rescue ONE Corporation.

RescueONE® and Connector Boats® are registered trademarks of Mr. Lumpkin. From 2005 until June 2015 these trademarks were licensed exclusively to Rescue ONE Corporation. Since June 2015, the trademarks have been licensed exclusively to MarineONE Corporation.

Rescue ONE Corporation is no longer affiliated with these trademarks.
